How to create a graph from a personnal extension

Hello once again ;)

I'm making a custom script on my hobbit server. It will measure the time-response of an application. The script will return a RED or YELLOW status in the request time in under a define trigger. But is there a way to graph that on Hobbit like it's done for "CONN" or so ?
