Hi All,
I configured KPIs in client side. My poling Interval is 120 minutes. In "clientlaunch.cfg" file I had given “INTERVAL 120m”. But every 30 minutes KPI color got changed into “purple” color even there is no status change in the same KPI. Kindly let me know how I can resolve the problem.
