You could exclude /var/run/* completely, as those presumably come and go along with the users. There are notes in the analysis.cfg file:
DISK filesystem warnlevel paniclevel
DISK filesystem IGNORE
We also exclude the inode graphs for those filesystems using the INODE keyword in analysis.cfg.
