[hobbit] "Stop after" not shown in the Info-Page

I have found the bug (?) in loadalerts.c in the line 1081 (-less than/+greater than):

•           if (recip->criteria && recip->criteria->maxduration && 

  (recip->criteria->maxduration < maxdur)) ...

•           if (recip->criteria && recip->criteria->maxduration && 

  (recip->criteria->maxduration > maxdur)) ...
