[hobbit] building hobbit as standalone server on existing BB server

Thanks for the tips. I got about halfway through this and chickened out, figuring it'd be much easier on me to troubleshoot problems and produce useful test reports if I just built a standalone server on a new system and set up the BBRELAY.

So I did. And it was so simple to do. Hobbit is pretty darn cool. Nice piece of software. I'm looking forward to getting it into production.
