Hi,
So I just go another xymon-client connected to our setup, an aix-client, and suddenly hobbitd_rrd core dumps every minute. Commenting the host our and removing all of the ./data/* doesnt help it - I tried updating rrdtool to the latest version - thats a nogo either. Heres a debug of the latest dump-file:
Core was generated by `hobbitd_rrd --rrddir=/home/xymon/data/rrd'. Program terminated with signal 6, Aborted. #0 0x0000003c19c30265 in raise () from /lib64/libc.so.6 (gdb) bt #0 0x0000003c19c30265 in raise () from /lib64/libc.so.6 #1 0x0000003c19c31d10 in abort () from /lib64/libc.so.6 #2 0x000000000042c223 in sigsegv_handler (signum=<value optimized out>) at sig.c:57 #3 <signal handler called> #4 0x0000003c19c797e0 in strlen () from /lib64/libc.so.6 #5 0x0000003c19c79516 in strdup () from /lib64/libc.so.6 #6 0x0000000000415fa3 in setup_expr (ptn=0x0, multiline=0) at client_config.c:392 #7 0x00000000004192bd in load_client_config (configfn=<value optimized out>) at client_config.c:861 #8 0x0000000000403035 in main (argc=<value optimized out>, argv=0x7fffb5bd6c68) at hobbitd_rrd.c:309
Any help appreciated.
