[Xymon] Acknowledge log report anyone?

      We would love it. Losing the ack info is a source of annoyance here (as the
NOC and support do not have shell access to the server)

I have written this report using notifications.c and notifylog.c as the
basis for the new cgi.  Does anyone see value in adding this to the
distribution or am I the only one that needed this?
