Actually, I posted about this very issue this morning. You have to edit lib/environ.c since it is hardcoded in there. I've tracked down the cause - they are both looking in /hobbit/menu and hobbit/gifs for the menu.css and gifs respectively. It seems the cgi scripts are setting BBMENUSKIN and BBSKIN incorrectly. Any ideas? (I have checked the config files too).
