[hobbit] Feature request for 4.3.0 (STARTDELAY/SCHEDULE)

The interval feature of hobbitlaunch.cfg is really nice.

If it could be possible I would like to see 2 new option:

1. a STARTDELAY option that delay the startup of some task in hobbitlaunch by the specified amount of time
2. a SCHEDULE option that for example can accept a range of day/date to launch a task and will launch it in that period of time (for example to launch a specific task only Mon-Fri from 2:00AM to 6:00AM).
