This is either a feature request or I need some help setting it up.
I am looking to figure out how to setup escalation notification within hobbit. What I mean by this is:
- When a service goes into alarm state it pages someone (easily done in hobbit)
- If it is not acknowledged in XX minutes, alert the next person on call
- continue until its acknowledged.
Anyone, know how to accomplish this?
