dig test removed? (was Re: [hobbit] New patches for Hobbit 4.2.0, and a combined "all-in-one" patch is available)

Did "dig" as a test get removed? I'm seeing lots of changes sections relating this removal in the all-in-one.patch currently up, but no reference to these changes in any of the separate patches (at least, the ones available as of few days ago).
