Go to Help, Configuring Monitoring, hobbit-clients.cfg. Scroll way down to the 'PORTS STATUS COLUMN SETTINGS'. But this will only work for Unix/Linux clients, I do not know if BBWin has implemented this.

it depends on how confident you want to be. a true active test will tell you a real user can log in and do their stuff, while [port] and [procs] can only tell you 'probably'.
