[hobbit] how to increate server timeout value

please see the below output

red Mon Nov 26 17:25:33 2007: Server timeout

&red http://www.friedwire.com - Server timeout

Seconds: 10.08

    http timeouts after 10.08 second and alert us via mail.we need

to increase it to 20 seconds.is there any way to do it
