Would it be possible to add this patch for NetBSD's meminfo? My original patch (which has not been committed) just made physmem an unsigned long, but since amd64 machines can have even larger amounts of memory, this is better than that one was.

I've added it now, both in 4.2.2 and the current trunk-version. Thanks for doing this.
