Same as in BB: put the GIF files in a directory below ~/server/www/ and set the BBSKIN variable in ~/server/etc/hobbitserver.cfg

Note that Hobbit uses more GIF's than the default BB: There's a separate set for the recently changed statuses, and another for those that haven't changed in >24 hours.
