Simple question

How do I get the get icons to appear in a customized test page?

i.e...

I want to do the following

<green diamond> Test OK <flashing red icon> Test ERROR <yellow icon> Test WARNING

e.g. the output of procs...

If someone could point me to some documentation it would be great? Maybe this info could be on the Wiki/Shire?
