monitoring servers in multiple networks

In our company we want to monitor multiple pc's/servers that are at different physical locations. Normally we connect to them trough a vpn-connection to get into the

Local network. The problem is that when you open a vpn connection you can't open a different one and so only monitor one network at a time. Is there a way to let Hobbit monitor all the different networks on different vpn's at the same time?
