Help with an Upgrade Path

Hello Listers,

I am running Debian 3.1 with Hobbit 4.1.2p1. I would like to upgrade

to 4.2 in the very near future. Is there a good source of documentation in doing this properly? Or should I just do an apt-get install with the new package from sourceforge?
