[Xymon] Whoops ! Failed to send message (timeout)

Greetings,

Every 5 minutes or so I am seeing the following message in the logs. It is causing my server to go yellow.?? I have searched and have not been able to find a resolution to this issue.? Am I missing something.? I have tried it with both 127.0.0.1 and the actual external IP for the server defined in hosts.cfg and it does not solve the problem.
