Changing XYMONWEBHOST in xymonserver.cfg _might_ do the trick (not sure, never tried it). If that doesn't work you can setup your web server to rewrite all http requests to https, which is what I do.

I'm not getting the question.
The name of the test is http. The test will test whatever URL you provide. If you test an SSL site, the additional test sslcert will show up as well.
