stopped reporting problem

I have consistently been getting "stopped reporting" problems on a regular basis lately. I am running Hobbit 4.2.0. I have found a couple of resources that suggest configuration changes to allow more connections and messages, I have done these but they have not solved the problem. Any other things I can try?
