I've always found that using a slash at the end of a URL that contains subdirectories works best.? I also use the 'cont' and 'httpstatus' tests depending on what the site returns.
Are you getting an error of some kind on your test?? The URL you have is not typically a name that https would respond successfully, unless your server has some self signed stuff going on.? Also, adding port 9191 means that https would have to resolve on that specific port in your printspooler server webserver settings.? It all gets very complicated.
