I believe Henri put those entries in for use by external scripts written for BigBrother that people might be using with Hobbit. I don't think Hobbit uses them for anything.

What is confusing me is that in hobbitserver.cfg there are entries like
this: BBCPUTAB="$BBHOME/etc/bb-cputab" BBDFTAB="$BBHOME/etc/bb-dftab" BBMSGSTAB="$BBHOME/etc/bb-msgstab" BBPROCTAB="$BBHOME/etc/bb-proctab"I then assume they have no meaning.

If you're using the Hobbit client you need to put your thresholds in $BBHOME/etc/hobbit-client.cfg.

I think it should be on the serverside since the hobbitclient only sends the data from the hobbiclient.sh-script.
I don't use fully qualified names anywhere and that works.

Shouldn't the "leopg7" be fully qualified?

Hi All, in $BBHOME/etc I have bb-dftab with this:
leopg7:/var:92:98 leopg7:/opt:100:101
Still I get alerts. /var is 90% full and /opt 96% full
BBHOME=/home/hobbit/server
Best regards Lars Ebeling
