[Xymon] Updating Xymon - version 4 or 5?

Hello,

On my TODO list is to update Xymon on our servers. We are currently running version 4.3.12. The question is should I update to the current release (4.3.17), or should I wait a bit longer for version 4.3.18 (will that be out soon?) or is version 5 due out any time soon (i.e. next 2 or 3 months)?
