Edit your client ~hobbit/client/bin/hobbitclient-OS.sh file (if linux: hobbitclient-linux.sh) then search "[ports]" section and drop the following lines :

echo "[ports]"

Bug in RedHat's netstat spews annoying error messages.

netstat -ant 2>/dev/null

(If it is xymon, replace hobbit by xymon.)

then restart hobbit-client.
