Hobbit 4.2alpha NK Editor

I just updated my test server to 4.2 from 4.1.2r1. I was trying to use the Edit NK Definition page and it does not seem to do anything. The only feed back I recieve from it is if I type in a host name and test name I get no record for this host/service. Also if I click update, nothing happens. There is no hobbit-nkview.cfg in my etc folder either. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
