Galen Johnson is on this mailing list. He posted something as recently as August 25. Previously he's been reasonably quick to respond when Xymonton has dropped off the net.

You could always try and contact the person at that email address. Oh, and the last change date for a page at that site that I found with google (cached) is March 17, 2015. I gather they've been down for some time now. If it's a site run by only one person...then whenever they can't or don't want to run it anymore, it's likely to go away when they stop paying the bills. Most of the content may still be in archive.org as of its latest snapshot.
