[Xymon] can not load the host file.

Hello, i receive the follow alert from xymonnet col

WARNING: Runtime 402 longer than time limit (300)

Before this when I try load any col, appeared, cannot load the host file, I restart the xymon server and now work okay but appear this alert, what can be? And how can I fix?
