Administratrivia: Privacy policy for the mailing list

Hi,

as you may have heard, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force on May 25th. Since the Xymon mailing list stores your e-mail address (and optionally your name), I need to post a privacy policy for the mailing list.
