hobbit to XYmon

Hi,

I am planning to move from hobbit to Xymon. Is there any migration plan, or steps to follow. I know the challenge would be the data files and trying to figure out how to move those to new server. In fact I have some old data that I need to bring into this new server so I can go back and see the health of the system.
