[hobbit] upgrade to 4.0.4, barrage of purples for http/smtp/dns queries

What you are looking for is bbtest-net not running...

Looking for something to stop the paging assault, I stop/started hobbit, and the purples cleared.

When bbtest-net was restarted... and updates started...
