[Xymon] bbhostgrep --no-down and dialup hosts

I would have expected "bbhostgrep --no-down" to return only non-RED conn hosts.

Tripped myself up there, meant to say...

I would have expected "bbhostgrep --no-down" to return only non-RED and non-CLEAR conn hosts - i.e. something that is not there as far as Xymon is concerned.
