[Xymon] Change URL for Xymon mail alert report from http:// to https://

Hi Jesper,

this should be done on the server in xymonserver.cfg. The variable name is XYMONWEBHOST and there you can change http:// to https://. But be aware that this changes it for the web pages also not only for the alerts.
