Duplicate host names in bb-hosts

Hi all

I am setting up some groups in my bb-hosts file, to group my servers accorfing to function.

However, I have a few servers that serve multiple roles, and as such, should appear in more than one group. When I do this, bbtest gets a little upset, and tells me this may cause strange results.

How strange is strange? Is there a way of doing this which is acceptable to bbtest?
