I can disable by line command and all hosts an tests disable I can see at webpage http://myhobbit/hobbit-seccgi/hobbit-enadis.sh and I can ENABLE all of them, but not Disable!

what does your log show if you try to disable a host ? Nothing.. Machine and tests still there..
is any hobbit log giving any message about this ? No.
is your server ip included in the --admin-senders ?

First thing you need to do is check your web server error logs, this kind thing is usually caused by a problem in your web server setup or file systems permissions.
