Did you upgrade the server version? IIRC there was a release a while back that changed the definitions of the rrd data files.

Finding very little in my searches for:
"tmplt contains more DS definitions than RRD"
No configuration files have been changed, the test data and alerts for the custom test still work fine, so I am at a loss of where to look to solve this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Xymon version on this server is 4.3.0-0.beta2
