Using the *:0230:0630 format worked fine this morning for me, we'll see if it holds. Thanks for the tips guys.

Not sure what the man pages say it should be but this is what we have on
hosts for example DOWNTIME=*:0830:0900
Not sure why your putting an extra *: on there as I thought this was meant to apply to the day ? Also I didnt know you could put a description there ? ou may be able to but I've never bothered so I cant comment
