[hobbit] Creating hosts to monitor, do not resolve hostname

Add a "testip" tag on these hosts in the bb-hosts file. Or if you want this to cover all hosts, edit the hobbitlaunch.cfg file and add the --dns=ip option to the bbtest-net command.
