[hobbit] MEMSWAP test always red

[memory client settings not being used]

The code responsible for parsing the hobbit-clients.cfg file was broken in a couple of ways, and especially re. the memory settings. I think I have it fixed now, so the latest snapshot should give much better results, I hope.
