[Xymon] DOWNTIME - emails with "disabled"

I have a host, in hosts.cfg I have downtime set like so DOWNTIME=*:2200:0800

What happens is for example say this hosts goes offline at 2130 I get an email saying conn CRITICAL (RED) in the subject , this is what I expect.

Then at 22:00 I get an email saying conn disabled in the subject for this host, why am I getting this second email and how do I stop it?
