[xymon] bbwin on windows server 2008 - no data sent to bbdisplay

I use that to track down problems even with the config above, I can't see anything in the log, except bbwin stopped or bbwin started. I tried to run the bbwin.exe -debug from command line, but the debug expects debug params, which are not documented.
