It seems that the error resides here:
--rrdinclude /opt/local/bin
That line should be the directory that contains your rrd.h file, which is in /opt/local/include if you're using darwin ports. You can verify that by typing "locate rrd.h".
Give that a whirl and see how it goes.

AFAIK BSD tools are installed.
