[Xymon] client start script for XYmon

Hi fellow xymonians, I was asked by colleagues if it would be a good idea to add some check to the client start script (runclient.sh) to avoid the start of the client as root. What do you think? I know that I could update all my client scripts but if I update my installation this change will be gone. Regards Torsten
