to have the ability to use the pdf reports, you need to install libpdf. Go there and download this great library :
Install in a directory and edit the rapport.php to modify the path.

this file, you have a "glossary" which explains the different metrics and graphs. You have access to this document when you click on "Glossaire" on the pdf.php page. It's totally in french for now. If someone is interested by an english translation, I will see what can I do ! Regards,
