TS - Access to the ACKCODE after the notification but before restored to service

          ACKCODE

Is there a report that you can run from 'bb' program that will give you the ACKCODE of a device that is still down?

If a device is down for an extended period of time, I want to send out an escalation email and want to include the ACKCODE

so that the manager/supervisor can respond immediately.
