hobbit-alerts.cfg : how to send an email for an event that gets ACKed?

Is it possible that to send notice emails for an event that gets acknowledged (either from the admin page or through email)? Glancing through the man page, I didn't see If not, pls treat this as a feature request. To me, this is usually as useful as the RECOVERED flag, if not more. More generally, maybe a 'stateChange' flag in addition to 'recovered'?
