[Xymon] PS client on Win Server 2008 R2 - no who or user data

I have multiple Win Server 2008 R2 Enterprise SP1 boxes that I recently upgraded from BBwin to the PSclient. All is well except that there's no [who] or [users] data coming in. It's not purple, it's just blank. This seems to only be a problem with Win Server 2008 boxes, all other versions of Windows are ok. Anyone else experience this? Is there a solution?
