[Xymon] Increase size of BBALPHAMSG size

The way, I went around the BBALPHAMSG limitation is by using xymondlog and extracting the entire status message, which seems to work. I am thinking that increasing the BBALPHAMSG will be better.

My email alerts are getting large. I need to be able to increase the BBALPHAMSG size to larger to 4096. Is there an environmental variable I can use?

I am running xymon 4.3.28 on Red Hat Linux.
