[Xymon] Xymon tests - changing case?

I'd argue that everything should be case-sensitive, rather than all lower-case, if you're going to change it. Ideally this wouldn't be an issue, but in a big team you get different people using different standards, and then there's always someone who comes along and wants to change them all to match.
