Your post is a little vague.
If you are asking whether Hobbit can monitor WAS running on Solaris, then yes.
If you are asking whether Hobbit can run on Solaris and use WAS as the web server, well....
WAS isn't a web server. It provides a web server, which Hobbit can probably use.
